Local curbside pick up – free!

We offer curbside pick up for free at our office located near Ikea in Coquitlam, BC, Canada.

You will be emailed when you order is available for pick up. You can pick up your order during the business hours of 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Please stay in your vehicle during pickup. Call us at 778.655.7500 upon arrival and we will bring your package out to you.

Free shipping on Canadian orders $99+

All Canadian orders above $99+ (subtotal before taxes and coupons) are eligible for free shipping. This is only available for Canadian shipping addresses. Your package will be shipped with Canada Post by Regular Parcel.

Local delivery, same or next business day

We deliver with our own drivers either the same day or the next business day. All other orders will be shipped with Canada Post or UPS.

Tri-Cities – $5

Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, and Balcarra.

Vancouver’s Lower Mainland – $10

All of Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows, and Maple Ridge.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of the order at checkout. We ship with Canada Post and UPS. You will be able to choose your shipping speed and carrier at checkout.

Processing time

We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays in British Columbia, Canada. We ship orders out the same day or at the latest, the next business day.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on the speed and carrier you choose. There may be delays by the carrier due to bad weather, increased workload (ie. the holidays), or other measures beyond our control. We will do our best to get your package shipped out as soon as possible. If you have any delivery issues, please contact us right away and we will do our best to help.

If you choose “safe drop” at checkout

If a package is “safe dropped”, this means that it will be delivered while the receiver was not home. Many customers like this option if they have a safe and covered place to receive their packages such as the doorstep of a detached home. When this happens, they are not worried about theft or their package being left out in the elements (such as rain or the hot sun).

By default, we ship our packages with an instruction to “do not safe drop”. If you are not home, you will be left an attempted delivery slip and will have to pick your package up at the post office.

At checkout, you have the option to choose to “safe drop” your package. If you choose this, the postal worker will leave the package on your doorstep. Most times, they will knock or ring the doorbell but will not wait for you to arrive to the door.

If you choose to “safe drop” your package, you will be responsible for your order as soon as the postal workers drops it off. We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage caused to your order after being safe dropped.
