Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All Canadian orders above $75+ are eligible for free shipping. All orders shipped to the United States are eligible for free shipping over $150+. This free shipping threshold is in Canadian dollars and must be before discounts and tax (the subtotal amount of your order).

Domestic & international shipping rates

We ship all across Canada, the USA, and worldwide!

Shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of the order at checkout. All packages are shipped with Canada Post.

Local delivery

We deliver with our own drivers throughout the week. Once you place your order, we’ll be in touch with a delivery time. If you live in an apartment, we’ll require your buzzer number so you can buzz us in on arrival. Some local orders will be shipped.

Tri-Cities – FREE

Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, and Balcarra.

Vancouver’s Lower Mainland – $5

Vancouver, North Vancouver, East Vancouver, South Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows, and Maple Ridge.

Free pickup in Port Moody, BC

We have partnered with RVN Wellness. It is free to pickup your order from their studio. See the designated pickup times below. We will email to let you know when your package is ready.

Saturday 11:30am – 12:30pm
Mon to Sun Evenings – 15 minutes before or after a yoga class. See both the adults and kids yoga schedules.
*Yoga schedule is subject to change so please let us know when you’ll be picking up to ensure the studio is open.

Processing times

We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays in British Columbia, Canada. We ship orders out the same day or at the latest, the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Please note these are time estimates and not guarentees. There may be delays by the carrier due to bad weather, increased workload (ie. the holidays), or other measures beyond our control. We will do our best to get your package shipped out as soon as possible. If you have any delivery issues, please contact us right away and we will do our best to help.

What is “safe drop”?

When we “safe drop” your package, this means that your package was delivered when you were not home. It was either left at your doorstep or in a place of your instruction. This is very helpful for contactless delivery and is our standard. If you do not want your package safe dropped, please include this in your “order notes” at checkout.
